ABOUT US
Employing Civility to Dismantle Destructive Leadership Culture
Why This Matters
Toxic leadership isn’t just an organizational issue—it’s deeply personal. Poor leadership leaves people stressed, frustrated, and powerless, with a high cost to well-being and morale. My goal is to develop leadership that values people over profit, creating cultures rooted in civility and respect.

Why Act Now?
Workplaces are at a turning point. With rising awareness around mental health and the impact of toxic leadership, the need to act has never been more urgent. Research shows that in these environments, employees lose morale, disconnect, or consider leaving every day. Toxic cultures don’t heal themselves; they leave lasting scars on people and performance. Now is the time to disrupt these cycles and reshape organizations into spaces where people can truly thrive.
Through this project, I will examine the root causes of destructive leadership and develop frameworks that cultivate effective leadership and positive work experiences.
